Frank Eisaman, a CCCTC HVACR Adult Education graduate, recently stopped in to speak with current HVACR students about his experiences working in the field since graduation.
Frank shared insight from the different companies and positions he has held throughout his career, giving students a firsthand look at what it is like to work in the HVACR industry. He talked about the importance of providing excellent customer service, taking pride in your work, and doing the job right rather than taking shortcuts.
He also shared real world experiences, including working with sooted up oil systems and the importance of properly diagnosing problems before making repairs. Frank encouraged students to continue learning, earn their certifications, and take advantage of opportunities to expand their skills and knowledge.
Visits like this give our students the opportunity to hear directly from graduates who have put their CCCTC training to work in the field and understand what employers and customers expect from skilled HVACR professionals.
