CCCTC instructor Candy Coccimiglio brought our Peterbilt truck driver training truck to the Glen Richey Fire Hall for their annual Touch a Truck event!

Kids of all ages had the opportunity to get up close and check out the big rig, climb inside the cab, explore the controls, and get a firsthand look at what it’s like to sit behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer.

Events like Touch a Truck are a great way for children to explore different vehicles, meet the people who operate them, and learn about the many career opportunities connected to transportation and skilled trades.

A big thank you to the Glen Richey Fire Hall for inviting CCCTC to be part of this fun community event! We loved seeing so many curious faces and sharing a little bit about our Commercial Driver’s License program.
