Liam Ramkawsky, a CCCTC Electrical Occupations student from Clearfield Alliance Christian School, was selected as the Outstanding Student in his program.
He was presented with a tool kit sponsored by Paul Gable and Sons and awarded by Jay Gable, owner of the company.
