The CCCTC would like to congratulate Toby Mebs for choosing to continue his education at South Hills School of Business in State College, PA, where he will major in Cyber Security. Today, we proudly recognize Toby as part of National Signing Day, celebrating his commitment to furthering his education and career.
Toby is a senior in the Information Technology Program at CCCTC and at West Branch Area High School.
