Students in the Culinary Arts and Food Management program at CCCTC recently had a great turnout for their Culinary Café. The café provides students with hands on, real world experience in running a food service operation from start to finish. Students are responsible for ordering supplies, planning the menu, scheduling, setting up the café, preparing food, and serving guests.

This experience helps students develop important skills in teamwork, time management, customer service, and kitchen operations while showcasing the talent and dedication of our future culinary professionals. The strong turnout from the community made the event a great success and gave students the opportunity to put their training into action.
