Students in the Digital Media Arts & Drafting and Design programs at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center (CCCTC) recently visited Parker Dam State Park to practice taking senior portraits as part of their portrait photography training. During the session on Friday, October 3, students had the opportunity to work in a natural outdoor setting where they learned about lighting techniques, posing, composition, and camera settings.
This hands-on experience allowed them to apply what they’ve been learning in the classroom and gain confidence in photographing clients in various lighting conditions and environments.
