Collision Repair student Joe Oakes, an adult learner at CCCTC, is gaining valuable hands-on experience in the shop. In this project, Joe is removing a radiator and A/C condenser assembly from a practice front end.
This type of training allows students to work with real automotive components while practicing the skills they will use in the industry. From disassembly to repair and reinstallation, students learn the step-by-step process needed to safely and efficiently complete automotive repair tasks.
Hands-on training like this helps prepare students for the workforce by building confidence, developing technical expertise, and providing the real-world experience employers look for.
